We want you to love your canvas. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Unused Canvases

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged canvases in original condition. Canvas must be unstitched with no needle marks, creases, or marks of any kind.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@theapreshour.com with your order number. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your canvas arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Stitched Canvases

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on canvases that have been stitched or show evidence of use.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized canvases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
